Responsibilities Tasks Transport clean dishes, utensils and other items to service areas and set tables Transport and replace table linens Clean and disinfect items such as trays, carts and garbage disposals of dishwashers Use a dishwasher to wash dishes, glasses and utensils Store dishes in the designated location Replenish condiments and other items on tables and in service areas Disinfect dishes and other items and wash them by hand Wrap takeout food Divide food into portions and wrap them Prepare and heat simple dishes Fill refrigerators and salad bars Handle cleaning products and store them Remove waste and garbage and empty trash bins Sweep, wipe, wash, wax and polish floors Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits Additional Information Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced work environment Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Standing for long periods Work under pressure Weight handled Up to 9 kg (20 lb)
