# Job Description **Work Environment:** Employer's home **Responsibilities:** - Provide bedside care and personal care - Administer medications - Accompany clients in water (e.g., in a swimming pool) - Help clients bathe and assist with other aspects of personal hygiene - Assist with regular physical exercise, for example: walking - Feed clients or help them eat - Do laundry - Mend clothes - Perform light housework and cleaning tasks - Design therapeutic diets and menus - Keep clients company - Meet personal needs - Do shopping - Prepare and serve nutritious meals - Cook **Experience and Specialization:** Target Population: Elderly individuals **Additional Information:** Working Conditions and Physical Demands: - Bending, squatting, kneeling - Work environment with fast-paced activities - Handling heavy loads - Physically demanding - Repetitive tasks - Sedentary work - Standing for long periods - Walking - Working under pressure **Personal Qualities:** - Punctuality - Sense of responsibility - Excellent oral communication - Initiative - Organizational skills
