Work Environment Cold/refrigerated workplace Food and beverage processing plant Meat processing and/or packaging plant/facility Responsibilities Tasks Food handling and food safety Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials Measure and load ingredients into mixer and grinder hoppers Place cardboard pieces into box-forming machines Remove filled containers from conveyor belts Manually load goods into bags, boxes, or other containers Feed and unload machines Check products and packaging for basic quality defects Help machine operators and process control operators in performing their duties Clean machines and work areas Additional Information Working Conditions and Physical Abilities Repetitive tasks Manual dexterity Standing for long periods Attention to detail Bending, squatting, kneeling Environment where activities are performed at a fast pace Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Weight handled Up to 23 kg (50 lb) Over 45 kg (100 lb) Personal Qualities Effective interpersonal relations Reliable Teamwork spirit Benefits Health Benefits Health care plan
