Work Environment Veterinary Hospital Responsibilities Tasks Document animal behavior Prepare food and feed animals Clean and disinfect cages, enclosures, aquariums, kennels, yards, stalls and surroundings Keep records of treated animals Assist veterinarians in vaccinating and treating animals Keep supplies inventory up to date and place orders Maintain supplies inventory Update inventory of supplies Bill clients Process cash, check, credit card and debit card payments Stock shelves and clean counters around the cash register Provide customer service Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment Monitor and care for animals Experience and Specialization Area of Work Experience Laboratory tests and analysis Cleaning Additional Information Personal Qualities Customer-focused attitude Sense of responsibility Effective interpersonal relations Excellent oral communication Flexibility Judgment Reliable Team spirit Sense of organization Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits Other Benefits Free parking available
